The Noldin Haus has a total of 11 rooms, plus a vacation apartment, and can lodge up to 48 guests.
The hotel consists of an historic manor and a modern villa. Situated in the center of town, it’s the ideal starting-point for hikes, pleasant strolls through the vicinity, or city tours.

Payment:
Please pay your bill by credit card or in cash during your stay – and by the day of your departure, at the latest. In Italy, you are allowed to pay in cash only up to a total amount of Euro 4,999.oo.
Arrival and departure:
On the day of your departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 10:00 a.m., at the latest. This is so that your room(s) can be cleaned and tidied for the next guest. We must otherwise charge you for an additional day. On the day of your arrival, your room(s) will be ready for you at 2:00 p.m. In the event that you expect to arrive only after 6:00 p.m., we request that you inform us of this in advance.
General Terms & Conditions for the vacation apartment:
The vacation apartment is available for minimum 3-night stays. The vacation apartment is suitable for two adults and max. four children.
Pets:
In consideration of guests who may suffer from allergies, pets are not allowed on our premises.
Local lodging tax:
The local lodging tax is Euro 1.50 per night and per person; persons under 14 years of age are exempt.
This lodging tax is payable upon your departure, and is separately listed in your bill.
The revenues derived from this tax are applied to the expansion and maintenance of local infrastructure and services as well as for the organization of nearby cultural and athletic events.
Travel cancellation insurance:
It’s best to be insured against having to cancel your travel plans.
In the event that you are, for any reason, unable to begin your scheduled stay or must leave before completion, this results in unpleasant complications for both you, our guest, and for us, your hosts. We therefore highly recommend you to obtain travel cancellation insurance.
You have no right to cancel as defined in the Italian Consumer’s Rights Code. Nevertheless, we will allow you to cancel under the following conditions as set forth in Article 1382 of the Civil Law Code:
In the case of “no-shows” or when leaving prior to your scheduled departure, you will be expected to pay the entire price of your stay.
Please notify us in a timely manner if you are unable to commence your stay.
